Loved the central location, super close to the lake and easy to explore! The self-check-in was smooth, and my room was clean and comfy. Only downside, the pillows could've been better.

Pleasant place with good views. Enthusiastic staff who were always prompt in their service, delightful and quiet rooms. A lot of great breakfast items to choose from.

The self-check-in was smooth, and the staff kindly assisted our family, even going out of their way to help. The breakfast offered great variety with delectable boiled eggs.

The absence of air conditioning led to stifling heat in the room, making sleep difficult without an open window due to noise from the street outside.

The service was good with an automated check-in. The room was neat, included down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Magnificent very central location just off the main railway station in 3 minutes, many attractions and the nice restaurant next door...

Dude, the self check-in was, like, super easy! The staff was totally chill and helped out my parents,, like, totally awesome. Breakfast had the best boiled eggs, yum! Just a heads up, wish there was a kettle in the room for tea, but everything else was, like, on point!

Very central, good position if you have a car as the car park is almost next door but is a supplement, Restaurant good and staff very friendly and accommodating. Luzern fabulous place to visit.

the sofa bed is absolutely bad, and stuff is very cold, not a good hotel : (

The self check-in process was seamless and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, providing ample room to maneuver, essential with disabilities. I appreciated the proximity to public transport, made exploring local attractions very convenient.

Soundproof and large rooms with private bathrooms and a refrigerator and glassware. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, good bed. Magnificent location away from luzern station with lovely views.
